FINAL DAY!!!
What a day. Our stay in Ludington was quite eventful. We soaked hot
tubs to relax after a long ride, ate dinner, had sweet fellowship with new friends
and a sang couple songs of karaoke. Too much fun.
Riding through Hart -last leg of the trip |
We started today early to make sure that we arrived on time to reunite with
our family and friends for a picnic at 2:30. We felt the wind of the Spirit all
day, living deep inside of us and pushing us all the way home. We made great
time and really didn’t want to stop long for breaks.
We rode through Hart, Shelby, and Montague. Upon arriving into Muskegon
we decided to stop at a waterfront park to group up before arriving to the
Welcome Home Picnic. We had our final devotions; we prayed together, took some groups photos, said
some tearful goodbyes and sang the Doxology one last time (it has become a
theme song this trip). We then mounted the bikes and finished the last few miles. We were
cheered home by a great group lined along the road. It was an emotional finish
line to end an emotional week.
God has been so good. He has
protected us and strengthened us through every one of the 712 miles.
It has been an honor to get to know each member of the team and we are
proud of all that has been accomplished (in HIM). We rode 712 miles, we climbed
close to 4,000 feet, and raised approximately $75,000 for LPC and Alpha Family
Services.
We thank the Lord for ALL He has done, we thank YOU for all you have
done and we especially we to thank each family for supporting your spouse on
this ride, letting them be away from home for a week and for covering the home
front. We thank each supporter for your putting tangible action to your belief in life.
We could not have accomplish any of this without the favor of the Lord
and the support of each of you. So again, Thank YOU!
Final mile, up the hill and around the corner. |
We would also like to thank each of our sponsors:

Due to each of these underwriters, every dollar raised by the riders
went directly to the ministries of LPC and Alpha! We are grateful.
Welcome Home! |
Thank you all for following us along the way, praying for us daily, texting
encouragement, sharing scripture, and being there at the end of our adventure.
As one of our riders posted tonight on her facebook page…
It is finished!
Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Praise Him all creatures here below.
Praise Him above ye heavenly hosts.
Praise Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
Amen.

The team was amazing today. After yesterday and those hills,
the fact that everyone was able to get on their bicycle successfully and pedal
away from the motel was a praise in and of itself. God was good to us again
today. Despite back country roads and a period of heavy rainfall, we made it to
Ludington in one piece and with joyful spirits.
TODAY’S TOP TEN
1.
Betty rode the entire 80 miles today—such a
trooper! At the breaks she was even helping get out the snacks and pull the
chairs out for other riders.
2.
The team successfully completed another 80
miles--- only 70 more to go! The winds were calm for the last 20 miles, with
the promise of a tailwind tomorrow!
3.
Notable quote of the day: “If I can’t find
something, it’s probably up my shorts”
4.
We’ve all learned over the course of the week
that Val is capable of telling 20-mile long stories (coffin—HA!)
5.
An unidentified creature managed to haul away a
rather large piece of road kill only a small distance ahead of the riders. The
debate now is whether it was a cougar or bobcat.
6.
We only suffered 1 flat today
7.
There was an awesome demonstration of teamwork
at one point when our fellow rider (Laura) realized she had blown a tire as she
was climbing a very steep hill. Not only that but she simultaneously realized
her pedal clips were caught. Thanks to Amy & Mary for quickly identifying
the problem, dropping their bikes and coming to Laura’s aid. It was a beautiful
analogy to what we do every day in an effort to save lives on the verge of a
crash. Way to go team!
8.
As in every other sport, a good smack on the
rear is appropriate especially when hill climbing. Thanks to Rachel for
reminding Sherry of this acceptable behavior. It worked!
9.
Karaoke--- enough said.
10.
Singing the doxology tonight as we gathered for devotions in the hotel… once again, thanks to Betty for leading us with her beautiful voice.
Despite an Achilles injury pulling Sarah off the bike for
the rest of the trip, we are thankful that God’s plans are always bigger.
Rachel apparently has NOT had enough. She is now trying to ride the bike rack outside of the restaurant! |
She
has been able to share Scripture with the riders on breaks and help out in the
sag wagon. It has been a good reminder that God not only sees our futures, but
will use our giftings and unique abilities as long as we are willing.
We are all missing family & friends and cannot wait to
roll into Maranatha tomorrow between 2:30 and 3pm. Please join us for a welcome
back picnic… God has been good! Come cheer us to the finish line. We want to
finish well--- to God be the glory.
When we
arrived at the motel tonight we knew that we had no choice but to stop
everything and give God the glory for all that He accomplished today. We are really getting to know one another and
loving it. What a great team we have.
TODAY’S TOP
TEN
1.
We did not get lost today.
2.
We climbed over 3,500 feet and 1,000 feet in the
last 60 minutes of the ride.
3.
We rode a total of 103 miles (12 hours on the
rode).
4.
Praying at the bottom of hills for power to make
it to the top.
5.
Sarah has
become the scripture girl at the break stops.
6.
MOOmers Ice Cream stop – at 80 miles …23 more to
go (thanks for ice cream Don).
7.
We killed a snake today. Running over a live snake
with a bike is rather scary.
8.
We had another rider join us for about ten miles
of riding. Thanks for joining us for a while!
9.
Ben changed another guys flat tire at our lunch
stop. The man was out of spare tubes and we have plenty since we went ALL day
without a flat.
10.
Laura wins the quote of the day, “I would rather
give birth 4 times than ride up these hills.”
Amy and the gang pushing through the last huge hill |
We don’t have many photos to post
tonight because they are not loading well with the limited internet.
What a day! A very fitting verse was sent to us today.
Psalm
121
“I
will lift up my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from? My help
comes from the Lord the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot
slip, He who watches over you will neither slumber or sleep. The Lord watches
over you. ..The Lord will keep you from
harm, he will watch over your coming and going both now and forever more.”

We pulled out of the cabins a little late this morning. It also started with a bit of confusion.
When the routine of beginning with breakfast is messed with we fell apart momentarily. Once on the road things smoothed out and we hit our first break at 19 miles. Carolyn and Betty fixed scrambled eggs, sausage and cereal along side the road at a park and ride. Delicious and fuel for the long day. We rode 100 miles today and felt like we were make in familiar territory as we cross the bridge. Last year we had the Port Authority sag us across bit we decided to do our own sagging this year. We had bikes and people squashed into every nook and cranny of the RV.
We had lunch in Mackinaw at the Subway. (Big shout out to the girls and guys behind the counter - we threw them for a loop).
We met 2 gentlemen who thought what we were doing was really cool. (Shout out to you, Subway guys).
Upon leaving, we again had some confusion. The trail we thought continued for 10 miles suddenly turned to gravel. We rerouted and continued on to our destination of Harbor Springs.
Tomorrow we WILL leave on time and we WILL NOT get lost. That's the mantra for the day. :)
Thank you all who prayed specifically for the rain to stop. It worked! We rode in and out of rain a couple of times but nothing too terrible. There are mixed forecasts for tomorrow (rain, pop up thunderstorms or possible sun but warmer) so pray for the weather well.
It was a very late night tonight. We did not leave for the restaurant for dinner until almost 9:00 pm (that's what happens when we don't get in until 7 PM). We had a great dinner at a local Mexican restaurant and headed off to bed. (Sorry for those looking for this earlier-food must come first!)
TODAY'S TOP 10
1. Quote of the day, "Let's just flip a coin to see what way to go."
2. We had 4 flat ties today
3. We made it across the bridge! Fun and exciting time.
What a group. Back to this side of the lake. |
Val taking in the view. |
5. Ben rode with us in his jeans
6. Lots of hills at the end of the day. (they have only just begun)
7. More gorgeous views along the top of the lake.
8. Ridng a full 100 miles
9. The State Policeman that offered to escort us out of town in the morning. (We did not take him up on it but it was cool of him to offer)
10. Dunes resort ice cream and pasties.
One extra little piece of information...
We believe that if Don Wickstra and Sirri had a trivia contest, DOn would probably win!
We ask that you continue to pray for our safety, sore bodies and injuries. We are doing this for HIS GLORY so God, please hide us in your shadow.
Good night everyone and thank you! (We will spare you the John boy routine tonight)

We’re back!
It was a
beautiful but cold morning! The first scenery of the morning was over the
water, watching the clouds reach down into the water with the sun reflecting
across the waves. Gorgeous.
We made great
time today even while climbing about 1,500 feet. When we left Escanaba the sun
was shining brightly. We rounded the bay
and headed across the UP on US2, which provided us with a wide shoulder with a
rumble strip.
Our bodies
are feeling that we are on day four. Please continue to pray for muscles, rears
(as strange as that may sound, it is a very important component on a ride like
this), ankles, knees, tendons, shouldres, etc. You get the picture. WE ARE WEAK
BUT HE IS STRONG!!!
Here’s today’s
TOP TEN:
1.
Our 2nd flat of the trip (same bike)
2.
We finally found the ice cream stop and Don held
to his promise to buy for us all. Thanks
Don!
3.
Avoided all the tires and road kill. Today the
number one victim of those ruthless motorized vehicles was SNAKES.
4.
The wind at our back literally felt as though
God was pushing us! Thank you God!
5.
The trees are beautiful and beginning to change.
It just added to the majesty of following the lake. Our God is quite the
artist.
6.
Don decided to take a swim upon arrival at our
cabins tonight.
7.
Beautiful views all day long.
8.
Feeling your prayers!
9.
Great conversations while riding and later
tonight during devotions. These people are impressive.
10.
We have raised over $70,000 between the two centers
(Alpha and Lakeshore)! It takes around $1,000- $1,200 to save a baby and we are
riding 700 miles. As we did that math and found that together we (the team and
every supporter) are saving a life every 11 miles!
So, tomorrow we ride again and every 11 miles we
will be renewed! We pray that you will all be conscious of what is happening
during these eight days too. It is so much more that a ride around the lake. It
is a ride for life!
Photos coming when we have the service to download.
Thanks all and goodnight!
…Good night John Boy…Good night Jonna… goodnight Don…goodnight
Sherry…goodnight Rachel…goodnight Amy…goodnight Sarah…goodnight Abbie…goodnight
Ben…goodnight Betty…goodnight Carolyn…goodnight Shelley…goodnight Val…goodnight
Mary…goodnight Rachel…
Day Four!
We have arrived at our destination but it is in "Timbucktoo" (not sure about the spelling on that). I am quickly posting to say that we had a great day and highlights will follow. Our internet is very limited and sporadic. I am racing against time before we lose it again!
Watch for an update as soon as possible in the morning. If we can get more posted yet tonight we will but not sure if photos will load. Stay tuned...it's all part of the adventure.

Day Three!
The day
dawned with the promise of a nutritional trip to McDonalds. The sky was bright
blue and the sun graced us all day. (A wonderful reprieve after the rain
yesterday). It was cool but gorgeous as we rode along the lake.
I have to
say that there are a lot of sore bodies and bottoms. Spirits are high and the
scenery is beautiful.
We have
decided to write the highlights of the day as a Top Ten List. Here are todays (in no particular order).
1.)
A funny little frog hitching a ride on Val’s
handle bars. (She named him Freddy and he rode with her for 2 miles). See photo
2.)
Protection from the Big Rigs that played chicken
on our road.
3.)
Riders reminiscing about this leg of the ride
from last year – This year sunny and cool…Last year torrential rain and
freezing! – ahhh sun.
4.)
No flat tires today!
5.)
Scenery along the way: a field of sunflowers
this morning, gorgeous views of Lake Michigan, deer (we did not have to dodge),
and an eagle perched at the top of a tree.
6.)
An awesome lunch of hot turkey on buns and
homemade cookies. (Thank you Phyillis!)
7.)
Our resident dentist has found a new use for
dental floss. Curious as to what that
is? It may cost you! – no really, it has to do with hanging dry clothes.
8.)
Our group dinner with great fellowship, gut laughter, punch
happy energy at the end of the day.
9.)
The couple that asked what this was all about as
we set up for lunch in the camp ground. The guy immediately reached for his
wallet and handed me a 20 dollar bill!
10.) Advice
of the day,
a.
“Swallow that pillow and you will feel better in
the morning.”
b.
“Put some chap stick on it and call it a day.”
Okay tonight we may have to add one more!
11). The many text messages, scripture
verses, and encouragement coming to the riders throughout the day. They may not
always be able to text you back due to the craziness of the day but they ARE
getting them. Many of your texts have
been read to the group because we know that they will be an encouragement to us
all!
Tomorrow we head into the UP (aye and
don’t you know? – Pastie anyone?)
Keep praying and thanks again for
hanging out here on the blog to keep track of our progress. This morning in our
devotions we were reminded again why we are doing this. We are riding for
babies (born and not yet born), for moms, for dads, for life!
With great appreciation,
Your Ride4Life team
Sunday, September 15, 2013
We began the day with cold and rain it soaked our bikes, our clothes, and especially our feet. However it could not dampen our spirits. I cannot tell you how I impressed I am with this group of people I have the privilege of spending this week with. We took a moment for a photo spot we could not resist!
Abby predicted sun by 1:00 and it arrived to take us another 40 miles. We were grateful to warm up and dry out. The sunshine stayed with us while we made our way through Green Bay. God saw us through safely and we were thankful to get back out into a more rural area. Everything was going well as we made our way through the last 30 miles. Then we hit some more weather.
We had a mile to go to get to the Motor Home for a break and we were trying to beat the storm as we were heading straight into it. Note to self "bikes do not outrun storms!" Needless to say we got wet again but we didn't melt and we got there safely. The last 20 miles were tough but everyone really stayed strong through 2 dog chases and a deer crossing. We rolled into the hotel about 7:45. Our journey lasted over 12 hours and was 110.5 miles!!!!!! Some of us went into the hot tub (in our bike clothes) and some headed straight for a hot shower. We ordered in some food and ate a quick meal in the lobby.
I told the group tonight "you are ordinary people doing extraordinary things." We are not a group of extreme athletes. We are just riding with Gods Grace leading us to raise money for a cause for which we are very passionate. During dinner tonight we came up with a list of things we are thankful for along with some highlights from a very long day. Thank you for lifting us up today. We could not do this without your love and support. Tomorrow looks chilly but sunny. We are looking forward to another day on the road doing exactly what we signed up for. Riding our bikes to raise funds to promote the precious gift of life.
- Your prayers! We could not do this without you!
- The couple that gave us a donation when this bedraggled group arrived at the hotel.
- Ben fixing a flat tire in the rain
- God protecting Val as her foot was stuck in her peddle for the last 3 hours of the day and Ben for fixing it tonight.
- Thankful for having two nurses along and that's all we are going to say about that!
- Safety through the city.
- Thank you for your many texts of encouragement and inspirational scripture even though we can't usually answer they are so appreciated and often read out loud to the rest of the group.
- Carolyn, Betty, Ben & Abby for taking care of us all . We could not do this without them. We are all tired but at the end of a long day Ben cleaned all of our bikes and got them ready for tomorrow and Carolyn and Betty were off to do laundry.
- Most of all Thanks be to our God for being with us for every stroke of the pedal.
To God be all the Glory and Praise,
The Riders

After a
great breakfast and a quick 5 mile ride we boarded the Ferry. Since many of us were meeting for the first time we decided to gather together and get to know one another. Laura Thompson is joining us this year from
Alpha Family Center in Greenville. She is raising funds for Alpha in
collaboration with LPC. We are so excited about her joining!
We were
asked over and over what we were doing due to the amazing outfits that attracting so much attention!
Carolyn said
that you could see us as soon as the bright coats came out of the door and
stood proudly on the deck.
Once off the
ferry we had lunch in the parking lot (Carolyn had set up for us). Then, off we go!
We had some
loss time due mix up in routes but made it through the big city and felt God’s
hand of protection many times - your
prayers are being answered. We traveled
a total of 71 miles today and didn’t arrive into the hotel until 7:30 pm
(Milwaukee time- 8:30 our time). Everyone
showered and met downstairs for dinner. (We ordered in) We had a time of
devotions and prayer, shared some highlights of the day (a couple minor falls
and one minor crash) – keep praying everyone!
Everyone is
in great spirits but very tired.
We had a beautiful
sunny day today and please pray tomorrow for good weather. There is rain in the
forecast and we have 104 miles to ride..
Thanks for
your prayers and all of your support. So far we have raised approximately $55,000. That is amazing but we would love to get to $75,000!! So it is not too late to give!
Thanks again for your prayers, encouragement and support. Keep messaging your friends and loved ones, they need all the cheering on they can get!
A great morning for a bike ride! A little cold yes, but the sun it out and the team is ready to roll. After a meal together with their families, friends and supporters they are off. (Thank you Gary, Diane, Tom and Linda!)
We start with a quick 5 mile ride to the Lake Express Ferry in Muskegon. When we land we will have a quick lunch and finish the day, destination...Sheboygan Falls, WI. (Approximately 62 miles).
Pray for the team, safety, health and good weather.
Stay tuned for an update later tonight to report the events of the day.

Meet the Riders for 2013!
Amy Aeronauts
Amy is the Assistant Director at LPC of Allegan and
has been married to her husband Joe for 27 years and they have 3 children.
There children are living in Colorado and attending GVSU. Amy shares her story and why she has a
passion for LPC.
“ I was a pregnant
teenager. It is not a part of my story that I’m proud of but it is part of my
story. I had an amazing family and
support system. I always knew in my heart there
was a better path then the one I chose.
When I discovered LPC I realized they were telling girls the exact thing
that I needed to hear when I was a teen!
I am doing this ride for the girls who need this support and are living
a hard life every day. I am riding for the young guys and girls that have hard
choices to make!"
Shelley Hollar
Shelley came to LPC in 2007
as a volunteer and has served in a few different positions in the ministry
before becoming the Holland Center Director. “I am reminded daily of the pain
and hurt others live in and am blessed to be a part of the hope we offer.” Shelley and her husband Terry enjoy
worshipping and serving at Hope Reformed Church in Grand Haven. They both enjoy music, and anything in the
great outdoors! However on a quiet day you many find Shelley in her sewing room
whipping up something new. They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren that bring
great joy to their lives.
“I am blessed to be a part of the Ride4Life
2013.
Sherry Hoppen
Sherry is the Administrative
Assistant at LPC and also works with
organizing our many events. This is her
4th Ride4Life and she always says it’s the last one! “Every year the
planning that goes into this event and the enthusiasm of new riders is so
exciting before I know it I’m training again!” Sherry has been with LPC for
about 8 years in many different capacities. She enjoys cycling, boating with her family, reading,
writing, and the beach is her favorite to be.
“ I am grateful to be able to be
a part of this fundraiser and for a chance to really make a difference in a
clients life with the funds that we raise. To God be the Glory!”
Valarie Kuipers
Val is one of the nurses at LPC. She spends time in both the Holland
and Allegan centers. She
has been married to the love of her life, Ian, for 2.25 years. They moved to Michigan (from SD) soon
after getting married for Ian’s job as an engineer. While Val was finishing studying for
her nursing boards, she began volunteering at LPC.
“ Now I work part time at both LPC and
Pine Rest on the Child and Adolescent unit. Both
have been eye opening and challenging at times, but an opportunity to offer
hope and healing to a world of hurt. I am blessed to see these tiny babies on ultrasound
and introduce them to their parents. Sometimes
the stories aren’t great. What
a better time than this, to share Christ and his love with open arms.”
Rachel Lindemulder
Rachel is a new rider who
jumped on board with this fundraiser only a month before the big Ride! She is a
young woman with lots of enthusiasm. She is 25 years old and has been married
for 3 years to her husband Ben. She is a RN who is employed at the Fillmore
Correctional Facility. Rachel developed
a heart for LPC through her sister in law, Sarah who is the Assistant Director
in Grand Haven. They have been training
together as Sarah is riding in the Ride4Life as well. Rachel has a big heart for the medical side
of the ministry and the education it provides as well.
Jonna Lubbers
This is Jonna’s 2nd
Ride4Life. She was with us last year when we did this same route around
Michigan and is back for more! Hopefully with better weather this year!
“I am a Child of the King,
wife, mom, and friend! There is so much to be excited about. All that is happening at LPC is so beautiful!
It is an honor to be riding and being a part of something so much bigger than
ourselves!”
Betty Geurink
This is Betty’s third
Ride4Life. She went with us to Texas and last year around Lake Michigan, she is
also 77 years old! “I want to help save babies and women in crisis.” This year Betty will be helping with Sag
Support and riding when she can.
“I plan to ride some miles on the trip but do
not know how much time I will have or what I am capable of doing as I write
this. Please remember to keep all of us
in your prayers for safety and endurance.”
Sarah Minner
Sarah is our Assistant
Director in Grand Haven and has been with LPC since 2003. “I am a 30 year old
unplanned, unexpected, blessed to be here woman. My parents made a brave decision
to keep me . Because of them I am thankful and aware that the Sanctity of Life
issue is of utmost importance. She is
married to her college sweetheart Brett .In her down time she loves camping,
biking, board games quilting & reading.
Her passion for LPC and this ride is great as her and Brett have
experienced loss of life firsthand. Last
year Sarah had a miscarriage with twins and was reminded that Gods Plans are
always bigger than ours.
“I was
challenged at a recent conference to be strong and courageous (Joshua 1:9) and
do big stuff! This courage prompted me
to be part of this 700 mile bike ride for Life!” Sarah’s life verse is Acts
20:24 and she asks that you pray this for her on this huge endeavor “But I
count my life of no value to myself, so that I may finish my course with joy
and the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus to testify to the gospel of
Gods Grace.”
Don Wickstra
Dr. Don is a board member here at LPC. He has a busy dental practice in Hamilton
with his son. This is Don’s 3rd
Ride4Life. He was not with us last year and his wit and encouragement was
greatly missed. Don has a true heart for
this ministry and is always willing to help us out with anything we need at the
center. He is doing this ride for the
young men and women we try to help in crisis.
Don has been known to say “I really don’t like to ride my bike.” We’re
glad he’s back for another Ride!
Mary Wortley
Mary is a busy wife, mother and volunteer. God introduced her to
LPC and the 2011 Orlando, FL Ride4Life team after she asked Him for an
opportunity that would stretch her beyond her comfort zone and upon which her
success would totally depend on Him. That time with the team led to further
involvement with LPC. Mary dedicates her rides to her son, Grant. At the
beginning of her pregnancy, she was told that he had a very high risk of being
born with serious physical deformities. While some spoke of abortion, Mary
trusted the Lord to either cover Grant with His protective hand or mold and
equip her to raise a special needs child. While many things went wrong during
that pregnancy, God chose to protect Grant through it all for which she is
eternally grateful.
Laura Thompson
Hi – I am Laura Thompson,
Executive Director of the Alpha Family Center of Greenville. I have been with
Alpha for 8 ½ years, have a super-wonderful husband, and four wonderful crazy
kids (7,6,4,2). We live in Sidney, MI.
I am so excited about
Ride4Life – and have been since Carolyn Doyle (LPC Executive Director) first
spoke about the 2012 ride. I love a challenge and was thrilled when my husband
said I could go (you need to remember, he will be the one home for a week with
4 little kids – so pray for him too)! My hubby and kids have been a great
encouragement – every morning my kids wake up and eagerly ask if I’ve gone
biking yet for the day. J
Working for the Alpha Family
Center of Greenville for the past 8 ½ years has been a blessing and even though
fundraising is a normal part of my job, the Ride4Life was new and challenging.
Everyday clients enter our doors burdened with the challenges of life. Yes,
Ride4Life is a challenge…but nothing compared to what these families experience
every single day. My Lord and Savior has gifted me with the physical ability to
take on the Ride4Life challenge and in turn, with the money raised, help so
many in desperate need with their day to day challenges. To God be the glory –
great things He has done…and about to do!
Ben & Abby Hyink
Last year, Ben Hyink participated in the Ride For Life as a
rider. This year, he and his wife, Abby, are driving one of the
support vehicles. Their desire is to serve the riders so that their ride
is as pleasant, comfortable and fun as possible! Ben and Abby have been
married 13 years and have 3 children: Joshua (12), Annamarie (11), and
Risa (1). Ben is the Program Director for both the men's and women's
homeless shelters at Love, Inc. in Grand Haven, and is excited about the many
opportunities he has to build relationships with those who don't know Jesus.
Abby recently moved to a stay-at-home mom position after working as a
teacher and daycare director for a number of years. She is thrilled to be
able to be home every day with their little surprise package that came a year
and a half ago.
Carolyn Doyle
Carolyn has participated in
three other Ride4Life adventures. Her first as a rider but after a series of
“unfortunate incidents” she became the lead SAG driver and lunch lady. She
feels she has found her higher calling in the driver’s seat as opposed to the
bike seat!
Carolyn has a passion for
life and serves as the Executive Director at LPC. It is her commitment for this
ride to help keep all of your loved ones safe, fed and well equipped.

Gearing Up
Hello all!
We are getting ready for our upcoming 2013 Ride4Life! We've revamped our blog a little, and you can see our planned routes for each day. Feel free to follow us and comment as you see our updates. We will be updating on Facebook as well, and if you haven't already, like our page here.
We are welcoming Laura Thompson, Executive Director at Alpha Family Center, as she joins us for her first ride and is raising sponsorship for her center. Welcome Laura! We're so glad you are riding with us.
We would definitely appreciate prayers for our safety and the weather. Thanks for all of your support for LPC as we Ride 4 Life!
